Phase l : Customized Conceptualization and Design

This is the first stage in any design project where we develop a detailed description and plan for the project. We expect artistic autonomy in this process and trust that collaboration will follow.

• Develop the overall look, feel and style of the project (by room and overall)
• Compile Presentation, which includes furniture layouts, samples. Actual materials and furnishings will be added in Phase ll.

Phase ll : Specification of furniture and Fixtures

This is the first stage in any design project where we develop a detailed description and plan for the project. We expect artistic autonomy in this process and trust that collaboration will follow.

Detailed Planning for Project

• Solicit quotes and negotiate prices for each of the required construction elements
• Develop drawings and technical renderings as required
• Develop itemized budgets for the project (by room/area)
• Set-up work schedules and deadlines
• Produce overall Estimated Budgets for Client approval

• Furniture layouts
• Drapery elevations

Specifications of Finishes and Fixtures

• Plumbing fixtures and related hardware

• Door, window and millwork hardware
